Learn how to make intricate piping designs using buttercream and royal icing. Buttercream and royal icing will be provided for class. In this class you learn all the techniques for detail piping, scrolls, double pipe, basics of string work, embroidery.and Henna techniques. Day 4 is graduation day � your final project will be on Fondant covered boards. You will use the skills learned in class to design your cake boards A list of supplies will be provided at sign up. ONLY Frosting and royal icing is provided in this class. Prerequisite: Cake Decorating 101 or basic knowledge of working with buttercream. Certificate of completion is provided.
