Class Policies:
Participants must be registered and paid in full at time of registration. You may register online or in person at store.
Class fees are non-refundable unless the class is cancelled.
If the minimal requirement is not met 72 hrs (3 days) prior to course starting; you will receive a call that class has been postponed. At that time you can reschedule your course or receive a full refund for tuition.
If you must cancel a class you will receive a store credit to be used towards a future class within 30 days.
There is a minimal requirement of 4 participants per course.
Class supplies and kits are not included in the class fee, unless specified in course description. Class kits and supplies are available for purchase. Guest are not allowed to sit in on a class. Students must arrive on time.
Modeling Chocolate Class
Learn the techniques to make dark, milk and white modeling chocolate. Find out how versatile modeling chocolate can be and how it can add that extra WOW factor to your cake decorating designs. Once you see how easy it is to make, mold and apply, you will start using modeling chocolate on all your cakes. All supplies are provided for the class as well as the use of special tools to make the modeling chocolate.

Advance Gumpaste Flowers
2 sessions, 2.5 hrs each class
In this course you will learn how to make hand made flowers using gumpaste. You will learn how to wire petals to form your flowers and how to make filler flowers and leaves. We will be using luster and petal dust to give details to our flowers and finally construct a wedding bouquet. You will construct one main flower, an Orchid, Stargaze Lily or Magnolia with several filler flowers in order to form a bouquet.
Supplies needed: fondant decorating tool set, 1 lb of gumpaste, 1lb of fondant, silicone mat or practice board and a dusting brush, dusting pouch, and drying flower rack. Class will provide cutters and wires, gel colors and luster dust for class usage.
Prerequisite: Fondant 101 or knowledge using gumpaste.
