Class Policies: 

Participants must be registered and paid in full at time of registration. You may register online or in person at store.

Class fees are non-refundable unless the class is cancelled. There is a minimal requirement of 4 participants per course.

If the minimal requirement is not met 72 hrs (3 days) prior to course starting; you will receive a call that class has been postponed. At that time you can reschedule your course or receive a full refund for tuition.

If you must cancel a class you will receive a store credit to be used towards a future class within 30 days.

Class supplies and kits are not included in the class fee, unless specified in course description. Class kits and supplies are available for purchase. Guest are not allowed to sit in on a class. Students must arrive on time.

Frosting the Cake - Decorating 101
4 sessions, 2 1/2 hrs each session

Intricate Design - Cake Decorating 102
4 Sessions 2 1/2 hrs each session

In this class you will start cake decorating on your first day. Frosting will be provided for practice in every class. You will receive a 2 layer cake on your final day to frost and decorate in class with the techniques you have learned. Student are responsible to make and bring frosting to final class in order to decorate their cake. 

You will learn how to level, fill and frost a cake with smooth results. You will learn basic cake decorating techniques such as: shells, reverse shell,  rope and leaves. You will learn to make buttercream rosettes, roses, carnations and drop flowers.  Your final project is to decorate a cake with your new decorating skills.

Course fee $175.00

Certificate of completion is provided.


Student Kit $40.00 .

Please purchase your student kit prior to class starting. 


Learn how to make intricate piping designs using buttercream and royal icing. 

In this class you learn various of piping techniques. Basic stringwork, scrolls, royal icing embroidery,  and delicate small flowers, leaves and more. This class will help you develop delicate techniques using very small  piping tips. ​

Final day will consist of decorating a cake board with 5 to 6 skills and a decorated cake. 

ONLY practice frosting and royal icing is provided in this class. Students must bring in a 6"x 5" round cake frosted with crusting buttercream on its proper boards. 

A list of supplies will be provided at sign up.

Prerequisite: Cake Decorating 101 or basic knowledge of decorating a cake with buttercream. Certificate of completion is provided.

Student kit fee is $30.00

Course fee is $160.00.
